Annalisa, how do you describe your role at V+A?

I have a multi role. I work as a claim manager that has a client case load. I also handle the BWC audits on our claim files.

What's the most rewarding part of your job?

The most rewarding part is when I can get an injured worker back to work in the least amount of time and both parties (the employer and the injured worker) are happy.

 How do you make life better and/or easier for your clients?

I try to take the workers comp stress off their plate when they are busy doing other parts of their job. I try to give them multiple scenarios/options to choose from when determining how to manage a claim and remind them that no two claims are alike. I always tell the client I am here to help them run their workers' comp program so just reach out.

 How do your clients describe you?

Friendly, honest, helpful, trustworthy, giving.

What is your proudest moment?

The two young men that I created. My boys are my strength and keep me rooted.

When you're not helping your clients save time, money, and sanity, where can we find you?

At home making my house a home or at a family owned cottage on Put-in-Bay, or on the soccer field watching my youngest play soccer.
