Denise, how do you describe your role at V+A?

I administer Workers' Compensation claims for a large medical organization which entails, among many other things, review and analysis of medical records, ensuring prompt responses to BWC filings, paying compensation and medical bills timely, and responding to inquiries from injured workers.

What's the most rewarding part of your job?

Making my clients happy.

 How do you make life better and/or easier for your clients?

Providing as many details possible to enable my client to make an informed decision regarding the issue at hand.

 How do your clients describe you?

Diligent, passionate, quiet, detail-oriented, reliable.

What is your proudest moment?

Acing my final undergraduate class - an independent study class on the government of Japan, which required reading and reporting on five books - in my first trimester of pregnancy. I was also working full-time, and the fatigue was overwhelming.

Hanging out with my husband or my horse.
