Doris, how do you describe your role at V+A?

I make things as easy as possible for the Claims Managers, and helping where I can: A/P & A/R, billing, banking, phones, office supplies.....

What's the most rewarding part of your job?

Laughing with a client.

 How do you make life better and/or easier for your clients?

Getting them answers or when I can send them to the right person to get what they need.

 How do your clients describe you?

Friendly, nice, M&M supplier, morning announcer.

What is your proudest moment?

Every time I listen to my son's beautiful voice and listen to his songs' creative lyrics on Spotify. As well as watching him in the videos on YouTube ('saticöy', 'Faded from Color', 'Nice and Easy', 'Icy Boy'....).
