Jacob, how do you describe your role at V+A?

I mainly work with our unemployment clients. I check to see if they have any new claims, prevent fraud, and help our clients win as many cases as possible. I also deal with some accounting, social media, and other various tasks.

What's the most rewarding part of your job?

Being able to make our clients happy.

 How do you make life better and/or easier for your clients?

I save our clients as much money as I can in unemployment. I make sure to stay in consistent contact, so they are always in the know.

 How do your clients describe you?

Loyal, caring, easy-going, trustworthy, and fun.

What is your proudest moment?

Buying a house with my brother.
