Jennifer, how do you describe your role at V+A?

I assist the mangers with the claim work. I also do all the CMS reporting and Excess updates/reimbursement requests amongst the various other duties around the office.

What's the most rewarding part of your job?

Being able to help my co-workers with whatever they need and solve problems.

 How do you make life better and/or easier for your clients?

I try to solve any issues that come up as quickly as possible.

 How do your clients describe you?

Smart, helpful, dependable, funny, and caring.

What is your proudest moment?

The birth of my three babies.

At one of my kids sporting events (football, volleyball, basketball, baseball, track).
