I provide risk management consulting to our clients to help them control claim-related costs and reduce premiums.

What's the most rewarding part of your job?

Helping our clients walk a legitimate claim through the process or investigating a questionable claim.

 How do you make life better and/or easier for your clients?

Being an advocate for our clients every step of the way while working through a claim. I believe that communication is the key to
doing that.

 How do your clients describe you?

Dependable, friendly, persistent, compassionate, and encouraging. 

What is your proudest moment?

Professional: developed proactive compliance programs saving millions. Personal: together with my husband, we raised three wonderful children.

Traveling!
