Ken, how do you describe your role at V+A?

I serve as a resource for our clients who have questions on their BWC account or need to know the impact a claim may have on their bottom line. I guide them to the steps they can take to reduce the impact and deliver the best outcome. I also represent V+A at as many networking functions as we can attend.

What's the most rewarding part of your job?

When a client calls in with a new claim and I am available to help talk them off the ledge and provide premium impact information. It often is less than what they fear.

How do you make life better and/or easier for your clients?

Imparting knowledge to them regarding programs, answers to BWC questions, acquisition analysis.

Kind, caring, fun, smart, helpful.

What is your proudest moment?

Running into a client at a conference who is appreciative of the help I was able to provide.

When you're not helping your clients save time, money, and sanity, where can we find you?

Mowing my yard, listening to podcasts or Reds games, hitting a winery with my wife, rocking out at a Night Ranger concert, running a half marathon.
