Michelle, how do you describe your role at V+A?

As an examiner, I work closely with the claims managers in providing for our clients' needs. That includes routine duties such as prompt processing of new claims and providing monthly loss run reports. I also enjoy assisting our clients with special requests that fall outside of the routine. An example of that would be contacting medical providers to coordinate care and ensure payment of medical bills for their injured workers.

What's the most rewarding part of your job?

Knowing when a client is happy with my performance then that is a good reflection on our company. At all times, I'm willing to go the extra mile to make our clients glad they chose us as their TPA.

 How do you make life better and/or easier for your clients?

I try to provide our clients with what they need before they've had a chance to ask for it. Each day presents different needs and I'm able to tailor my administrative skills to meet the needs to various clients.

 How do your clients describe you?

Focused, detailed, hard-working, compassionate, consistent.

What is your proudest moment?

Raising two children who grew up to be caring and compassionate adults.
