Monica, how do you describe your role at V+A?

I process incoming claims for clients, including case management, investigation for any prior medical issues and validity of injury. Ultimately I’m working towards resolutions that successfully close the claims and reduce the incurred cost.

What's the most rewarding part of your job?

Keeping my clients happy, managing a claim successfully to completion.

 How do you make life better and/or easier for your clients?

Reassuring my clients that I will be doing my best to manage all of their claims, putting their minds at ease for the workers compensation process which can be very intimidating at times.

 How do your clients describe you?

Quiet, patient, reliable, accommodating, and friendly.

What is your proudest moment?

When my son graduated the military and my daughter earned her nursing degree.
